Hi, I'm Lorielle—the founder and maker behind EsScential Escapes.

EsScential Escapes began with a simple passion for creating handcrafted products that brought a little joy to everyday life. What started as a creative outlet has grown into something much more meaningful—a brand built on intention, craftsmanship, and the belief that self-care should be part of our daily routine, not something we save for special occasions.

Like many small business owners, my journey hasn't always been a straight path. There have been moments of excitement, moments of uncertainty, and seasons where I had to step back and trust that God was still working behind the scenes. Looking back, every challenge helped shape not only this business but also the purpose behind it.

As I continued to grow, I challenged myself to learn the art of cold process soap making. That decision completely changed the way I approached handmade skincare. I fell in love with creating products from scratch using nourishing oils, rich butters, botanicals, and carefully selected fragrances. Every recipe is thoughtfully developed with quality and care in mind, creating products that are just as beautiful as they are functional.

Today, EsScential Escapes is entering a new chapter—one centered around intentional craftsmanship, timeless design, and creating products that encourage you to slow down and care for yourself. Every bar is handcrafted in small batches in Raleigh, North Carolina, then carefully cured to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality soap you'll look forward to using every day.
